As Managing Director of OMR Education and Chief Editor of the OMR Report, he oversees all content at Hamburg’s leading experts for digital upskilling. Under his lead, more than 85 OMR Reports have been published, and over 55,000 people train with OMR Education every year.

His expertise comes straight from practice: across more than 400 episodes of the OMR Education Podcast, Rolf has interviewed the sharpest minds in the industry – strategists, experts, and digital thinkers – to explore what truly drives the digital world.

Through her award-winning XR studio vrisch, community leadership in XRVienna, and influence in the EUXR scene, she thrives on finding connections in everything. Gab’s multicultural background, neurodiversity, and ‘momtrepreneurship’ have led her to embrace a calling to make a positive impact on the lives of others. She contributes to cross-border exchange as Ambassador of Women in Immersive Tech and as advisory board member of SXSW, Euromersive, and AIXR. Her work has received many prestigious awards, including one of the five global Japan OMOSIROI Awards. Forbes also selected Gabs as one of Europe’s top 20 women founders.

Deborah Reinmüller

Project Coordinator for Immersive Media

Deborah Reinmüller is Project Coordinator for Immersive Media at MOIN Film Fund Hamburg Schleswig-Holstein. In this role, she oversees the fund’s activities in the field of innovative audiovisual content and supports creators working at the intersection of film, technology, and new storytelling formats. She coordinates funding programs, curates and speaks at networking and industry events, and serves as a point of contact for international partners.

An XR artist active since 2016, she creates works at the intersection of visual art, performance, and digital storytelling. With her background in interactive media, she also teaches and mentors in the field, fostering trans-disciplinary collaboration and advancing new formats across the creative industries.



Jan-Keno Janssen

c’t 3003

Jan-Keno Janssen is a senior editor at c’t Magazin and heise online. Since 2021, he has primarily been responsible for the YouTube channel c’t 3003, one of the leading German-language tech channels. The weekly videos consistently reach six-figure view counts.

In addition to artificial intelligence, virtual and augmented reality are among his areas of expertise. A true tech nerd, he has been building his own computers since childhood. After completing a journalism traineeship at the Ostfriesische Tageszeitung Anzeiger für Harlingerland, he earned a degree in Media Studies and English at Ruhr University Bochum in 2007. He has been working for c’t Magazin ever since.

Harald R. Fortmann

According to the trade magazine W&V, Harald is considered one of the best-connected managers in the digital economy. He has been active in the industry since 1996 – first as the founder of his own company at the age of 23, later in leadership roles at AOL and Pixelpark.

Since 2013, he has been advising mid-sized businesses, scale-ups, agencies, and corporations at Five14 on filling executive positions and on the strategic implementation of digital transformation. For more than sixteen years, he was involved with the BVDW (German Association for the Digital Economy), ten of those on its executive board. Since 2025, he serves as Vice President of the German Association of Management Consultants (BDU).

As an author, he has published works including Arbeitswelt der Zukunft (2018), #FemaleLeadershipPictured (2019), and Digitalisierung im Mittelstand. He also serves as a commercial judge at the Hamburg Regional Court, acts as a C-level mentor, and advises executives on digital transformation, leadership, and artificial intelligence. For all his enthusiasm for digital topics, Fortmann always puts people at the center – because it is the „rulebreakers” who truly move companies forward.
