Elle is an experienced media producer, co-founder and managing director of Pimento Medienproduktions GmbH in Berlin. Since 2000, she has realized numerous national and international media projects.
In 2020, Elle founded the XR tech startup Pimento Formate GmbH, which launched the first media platform FUTURELEAF.space with innovative AR formats for young people, which have already won awards.
As a former board member of XRBB, she made a significant contribution to the establishment of XR media in Germany.
Elle was involved in developing the ARXperience tool, an AR technology for blockchain, NFT and green hosting that anyone can use to produce and monetize AR formats.

Thomas Riedel

Journalist

Thomas Riedel is a freelance tech-journalist, podcast producer, father and moderator in Cologne. His previous stations include deutsche-startups.de, Digitale Leute and Mediencluster NRW as Communication Officer and Event Manager for Gamescom and DMEXCO. He currently produces and hosts Germany’s largest Metaverse and XR podcast “Spatial Realities” and the largest XR Meetup in North Rhine-Westphalia. In the podcast “FutureFuture”, he discusses future narratives with experts from all fields. As a speaker on the topics of metaverse, startups and digitalization, Riedel appears repeatedly in podcasts, meetups, conferences and as a tech-expert on live-TV.

Anne-Sophie Panzer

Anne-Sophie holds an M.A. in political science and history. During her studies at the University of Potsdam, she worked as a video journalist for MDR, ZDF and RBB, among others. Her passion is to find new ways to tell exciting and entertaining stories digitally. She has also never been a stranger to entrepreneurship, coming from a family business that has run a floral farm in Thuringia for several generations. With her professional background in the media industry, she assists clients with content curation and coordinates key AR platform projects at ZAUBAR. In addition to managing ZAUBAR Creator, she wears many more hats in her role as Co-Founder in day-to-day operations; including sales, public fundraising and overall strategic direction.
