Since 2013, he has been advising mid-sized businesses, scale-ups, agencies, and corporations at Five14 on filling executive positions and on the strategic implementation of digital transformation. For more than sixteen years, he was involved with the BVDW (German Association for the Digital Economy), ten of those on its executive board. Since 2025, he serves as Vice President of the German Association of Management Consultants (BDU).<\/p>\n

As Head<\/span> of Innovation at Headraft<\/span>, a Hamburg-based agency at the frontier of immersive technology, she leads AI and XR strategy focused on AR glasses and spatial computing. Her work includes some of the most celebrated apps built for Snap’s SPECS platform, helping define what smart glasses look like when they actually get used in the real world. Campaign magazine named her one of top five creative talents shaking up the industry in 2025.<\/p>\n

Her perspective is shaped by her unique experience. As a documentary filmmaker, she directed human rights films for the United Nations and the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation in Pakistan, and learned to build for people first. That conviction now drives VRpresent, the collective she founded to confront how AI and machine learning models represent, and often misrepresent, Muslim and Pakistani women. Her goal is an industry that builds more honest, less biased systems.<\/b><\/p>\n
